Simply put, CrossFit is the “sport of fitness.” Sounds crazy, right? Maybe not. CrossFit has turned the boring, mundane yet necessary task of “working out” into a sort of game. CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning through daily workouts that are constantly varied and push your body to the limits.
We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. Need to climb a tree to get your cat out? We’ve got you covered. Need to sprint across the parking lot to catch your runaway shopping cart. No problem! Want to impress that lovely lady by holding the cart above your head with a single arm? We can work on that, too.
Our Sweat! is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Sweat workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
Olympic weightlifting class focuses solely on the snatch and clean & jerk. These highly technical movements deserve extra attention outside of our CrossFit group classes. You will become more aware of common flaws that athletes make when attempting these lifts and learn how you can fix them. OLY class is included with all unlimited memberships and is recommended for all ability levels.
