Co-Owner and Head Coach, Ryan Hart, has been a coach since 2010 and specializes in building individualized programs for clients from competitor to someone just looking to, for lack of a better term, “Live their best Life”.
“Consistency, is the true key to “living your best life” he says. “My true passion is shaping and molding clients into their best “fit” self, based on their standards, not mine, and being a part of the ups and downs of that journey. ”
An avid Crossfit Competitor with multiple Crossfit Regional appearances, Ryan’s experiences have fostered a desire to help his clients reach their maximum physical potential and continue to lead a healthy, happy lifestyle. “Excuses are the bricks that build the house of failure” he says.
When Ryan isn’t training, he is probably busy hiking, golfing, cooking or spending time with his family.
Ashley grew up participating in a variety of sports all her life and missed the community, accountability, and motivation to stay active when she went to college.
Shortly after she found the sport of Crossfit and eight years later hasn’t stopped enjoying all it has to offer.
She recently became a coach to share her passion with others and motivate them throughout their Crossfit journey.
Having an athletic background and playing college sports, I have always been attracted to the team
aspect and competitive nature of sports. After hanging up the cleats, I was missing that for a while.
Coming into my first class in 2016, that void was filled and I was hooked. I find my love for coaching and
CrossFit continuing to grow.
It is exciting and rewarding when you can work with members day in and day out to try to reach that
next level, whatever it may be to them. Knowing that you can give and help achieve those goals is an
I’m really passionate about researching and finding the most efficient/best ways to maximize my
workouts and my overall wellbeing. When I’m not working or at the gym, I’m looking up how different
foods affect my performance, how I can effectively manage daily stress, and how sleep will affect the
next day. All of this in an effort to be the best I can be. If I can pass that on to others, I have really
accomplished something I can be proud of.

Laura’s path to CrossFit coach, competitor, and owner was long and twisty!
Growing up, Laura was neither sporty nor athletic; there were no sport teams, game balls or medals, and there were no hobbies that created sweat!
Like many women, having a child and “adulting” brought new struggles – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Laura remembers “feeling like a 60 year-old woman stuck in a 25 year-old body”. Laura decided to take on the mental blocks, physical hurdles, and emotional turmoil that was holding her back. Laura found that the best place to find the support to combat these ghosts was in a group fitness class – and she eventually landed on CrossFit.
Laura is intently focused on helping every member find confidence, self love, strength, and true health – physical, mental, and emotional. Laura brings encouragement, compassion, and guidance to each class… and she brings a little extra confidence for you when you are doubting yourself.
